Their goal? To "develop government technologies" and promote "digital literacy". I'm sure the part about tracking your every move and thought is just in the fine print. And let's not forget, this is all under the heartwarming theme of "Rebuilding Trust". Because nothing rebuilds trust like global surveillance and data control!
