Bernie Fears Accountability—Because It Works

Bernie Sanders, the guy who’s never met a taxpayer dollar he didn’t want to redistribute, is now panicking because Elon Musk dares to question USAID—a bloated, often corrupt, foreign aid bureaucracy that funnels your money overseas for “democracy building” (read: paying activists and NGOs to meddle in other countries). Bernie’s real fear? If people wake up to how much waste is in USAID, they might start asking, “What else are we funding that we don’t need?” And that’s a disaster for socialists who depend on endless government expansion. Musk isn’t "going after programs that impact you"—he’s exposing waste that impacts your wallet. Bernie is just mad that someone with influence is challenging his favorite pastime: spending other people’s money. If trimming USAID leads to questioning domestic spending boondoggles, well, that's a good thing.
